Zhou Haijiang speaks as a representative of private enterprises

On October 17, Wenzhou City started to create new era of "two health" pioneering areas. Gao Yunlong, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the founding meeting and announced the establishment of the first zone. Xu Lejiang, deputy director of the Central United Front Work Department and party secretary of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Che Jun, secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Zhou Haijiang, the vice president of All-China General Chamber of Industry & Commerce and the chairman and CEO of HOdo Group, as the representative of the private enterprise, made a speech at the meeting.

Zhou Haijiang pointed out in his exchange speech that strengthening party building in enterprises is the fundamental guarantee for promoting "two health." He also pointed out that the trinity "modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics" which consists of modern enterprise system, enterprise party building and social responsibility, essentially takes the advantage of socialism with Chinese characteristics to overcome the inherent defects of the modern western enterprise system. It is a Chinese-style corporate governance model suited to the national conditions, which retains the strengths of the modern enterprise system and also take the consistency of the enterprise with the society and the national interests into account, and can effectively promote and guarantee the "two health" of the non-public economy.
